"No Quibble" Returns Policy
At Magic Bean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for whatever reason, we fail to meet your expectations, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase. All item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt. We are not able to refund or exchange any sale or promotional items. Please return the dispatch note along with your package indicating what you are returning and why, and if you require an exchange or a refund. Upon receipt of your item, if you require a refund – your credit/debit card will be refunded within 3 working days. We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We cannot refund your returns postage unless you received the wrong item or the item was faulty.

Magic Bean has taken every care to ensure that the descriptions of items on our site are as accurate as possible. However, price, products and availability information is subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights. We have tried to ensure that the colours on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colours of our clothing. However, due to differences in colour palettes between electronic imagery and clothing dyes, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Therefore colours depicted online, serve as a guide only. Fabric colours are difficult to represent in electronic media and colours may vary from one monitor to another. We take every care to ensure our website and email system are virus free, however we will not be held responsible/liable or provide compensation for any loss or damage caused by our website or e-mail system through error or virus. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Magic Bean shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

All payments are made via Secure Hosting and are encrypted (coded) between your browser and the server. When you enter the checkout section of our site you will be transferred to a secure server, using the latest secure server software (SSL - Secure Sockets Layer). This means that all sensitive information is entered in a protected part of the site that no one else, including Magic Bean, can view. The bottom of your browser window will normally indicate this through the presence of a small yellow padlock, and the web address will begin with https:// instead of http://

Privacy Policy
We only require information that enables us to process your order. If you send an email, your name and email address will be retained so we can respond to your message and/or process your order. You are able to withhold all personal information that is not required to complete your order transaction. We do not collect any sensitive personal information in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal information will only be held for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. We only allow authorised personnel to access any personal information you provide. We will not disclose your information to any third party unless they are required in fulfilling your order.

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your computers hard drive by your browser. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information and allow us to provide features on our site to make your shopping experience easier.

Product information
Black, White and Leaf Green T-shirts are made from 70% bamboo, 30% organic cotton. Red T-shirts are made entirely from 100% organic cotton.

Ordering
Simply browse our range and make your selection by pressing the 'Buy me' button, then select your size, colour and quantity from the options listed. When you are ready to complete the order, press 'checkout' and follow the on screen instructions. All payments are made via Secure Hosting and are encrypted (coded) between your browser and the server. When you have successfully placed your order, you will be sent an email immediately with your order details. All order confirmations are sent to the e-mail address that you provide to us at the checkout. Therefore, please make sure that this e-mail address is correct. If you would prefer to place your order by telephone, please email us at info@magicbean.co.uk giving a number where we can contact you. We will then telephone you and take your order and payment details over the phone.

Overseas orders
We welcome overseas orders and our payment partner Secure Hosting will accept all major world currencies. Please note that your goods may incur customs charges when arriving in your country, and Magic Bean has no control over these charges, and cannot be held accountable for any charges made. We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment receipt. We extend our returns policy to overseas buyers. We are not able to offer a postage paid service to return the package to us. We advise you to obtain proof of postage in case the package gets lost in transit.

Discount Codes
From time to time we may release promotional discount codes. If you are in receipt of such a code please enter it at the checkout and your discount will automatically be deducted from your total.

Postage and Packaging
Your T-shirt will be hand checked for quality and individually wrapped in a recyclable garment bag. Your order will be dispatched by first class recorded delivery, and will require a signature upon arrival. This postage cost will be added to your order total before you submit your payment. Normal mainland UK delivery charge is £2.95 per order irrespective of the number of items ordered (up to 3 items). For orders from outside the UK, postage will be charged at £6.00. For your protection, all packages must be signed for. You may prefer to arrange for delivery to an address other than your home (for example, a work address). Please note, if your package is returned to us by Royal Mail, we will charge a further £2.95 for re-delivery.

Delivery Schedule
You should receive your package with 6 working days of placing your order. If the item you ordered is out of stock we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you to arrange a replacement or full refund. If you require a faster delivery time, to meet a particular deadline, please email us at info@magicbean.co.uk, and we will do our best to help.

Wholesale
We supply our T-shirts on a wholesale basis, to carefully selected independent retailers, as well as lifestyle, gift shops and ethical internet shops in the UK and overseas. Our distinctive T-shirt range is made from high quality sustainable bamboo and/or organic cotton. We supply wholesale stock all year round and can fulfil short orders. All new wholesale accounts are on a Proforma basis.
